Peter Jok has reportedly agreed to sign a partially guaranteed deal with the Phoenix Suns for the upcoming season. This will allow him to be moved between the Sun’s NBA roster and the Northern Arizona Sun’s roster, the G-League affiliate of the Phoenix Suns.
Peter Jok is a senior guard coming out of the University of Iowa, who went undrafted during the 2017 draft. He is a 6’6″ shooting guard who finished his career at Iowa averaging 19.9 ppg, 5.5 rpg, and 2.6 apg during his senior year, which won him First Team Big Ten honors. He was also successful at the collegiate level during his junior year making the Second Team Big Ten team. It will be interesting to see if another young player is able to earn rotational minutes on the developing Phoenix Suns roster.
